With more than 7 years of property management experience.  Chun has helped hundreds to grow their portfolio and scale up not only by doors number but net revenue as well.  Chun has strong background with not only property management, but also has over 15 years of experience as a restaurant owners and manager.   If you treat your rentals like a business, you run it like a business.  Treat your tenants right they will stay and take care of your property.  He always put your interest 1st and keeping the tenants happy but providing great customer service and well maintained units.  He also has over 7 years of short term rental experience.  At most, he was managing over 120 units on Airbnb in Chicagoland.  Due to Covid, many of these units has turned back into long term leases.  Some owners have transferred the units into hybrid mode since there are limitation of how many units you can have as STR in Chicago.  Owners are forced to turn most of the units in the building back to long turn lease.
